Breakfast Briefing: Department of Labor Issues Final Overtime Pay Regulation

The Department of Labor published the final regulations changing the Fair Labor Standards Act’s overtime pay rules on May 18, 2016. The final regulations will take effect on December 1, 2016. On June 8, 2016, Butzel Long will hold a complimentary briefing on the final regulations, how they differ from the proposed regulations, and what employers will need to do before the December 1, 2016 effective date.
