The OEM Terms & Conditions provided below are what Butzel believes to be most recent version of the various OEMs standard terms of the listed OEMs, except for the OEMs designated with an asterisk. For the asterisked OEMs, non-current terms are posted because those OEMs have indicated that they consider their most recent terms to be subject to confidentiality or similar obligations. The Butzel Automotive Team is knowledgeable about all of the current standard terms and is available to advise on them.
Each year the Butzel Automotive Team, in partnership with MEMA, writes and provides an updated comparative analysis outlining the standard OEM Terms and Conditions included in most purchase orders. It is meant to clarify essential documents within OEM/supplier contractual relationships, and highlights areas most critical to today’s industry environment.
