Butzel Long Israel Practice Continues Expansion
New York, NY – Butzel Long continues the expansion of its multi-disciplinary Israel Practice with the addition of Mr. Omer Granit. Mr. Granit practices in the areas of corporate, M&A and securities law, and is based in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining Butzel Long, Mr. Granit was a corporate associate at the New York office of White & Case LLP. Mr. Granit is admitted to practice in New York State and in Israel.

The Israel Practice group is co-chaired by Zvi Hahn and Beth S. Gotthelf. Mr. Hahn also co-chairs the firm’s Tax Practice and specializes in tax planning for U.S. and foreign corporations and individuals, and in advising multinational groups with respect to structuring and restructuring of their international operations. Ms. Gotthelf, a shareholder in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, also heads the Environmental, Energy and Land Use practice and represents a diverse mix of clients in numerous matters. The Israel Group members also include Eric B. Fisher, Edward J. Goldstein, Richard S. Green, Martin E. Karlinsky, and Barry N. Seidel.
