Butzel Long Taxation and Succession Planning Institute hosts seminar on October 25 in Troy

DETROIT, Mich. – The Butzel Long Taxation and Succession Planning Institute is hosting a seminar entitled, "Plan Now to Preserve Future Wealth" from 7:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at the Troy Marriott at 200 West Big Beaver in Troy. The program is designed for Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Chief Financial Officers (CFO) and financial planners. The attendance fee is $100 per person and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and seminar materials. Michigan Certified Public Accountants (CPA) are eligible to receive five Continuing Education Credits (CPE) for participating in the seminar.
The program will provide attendees with current information regarding a variety of tax and business topics to help preserve a client’s wealth for the future. An interactive panel of attorneys will address issues practitioners may face in the coming months and during the 2008 compliance season. These discussions will prepare and enable practitioners to better recognize issues and discuss them with clients.
