BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. – Butzel Long attorney and shareholder Beth S. Gotthelf will be a featured speaker in Washington, D.C. at the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF) Washington Forum on April 28, 2009.
The event, which runs April 28 - 30, will give attendees the latest updates and insights on key policy issues and trends impacting the finishing business. The forum features key representatives from business, media and the public sector.
Ms. Gotthelf will co-present a program with Yancy Molnar, Director, Public Policy, Chrysler LLC Kathleen Hennessey, Director, Regulatory Affairs, Chrysler LLC and Ann Wilson, Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association, titled "Automotive Industry Update: Federal Action and the Future of the Supply Chain." They will discuss, among other things, the conditions of the loans upon General Motors and Chrysler and how the companies are implementing the conditions the status of the discussions between Fiat and Chrysler State programs and tax incentives for suppliers proposed legislation and the Center of Automotive Research's results and where the future jobs will be.
Based in Butzel Long's Bloomfield Hills office, Ms. Gotthelf heads up the environmental, energy and land use practice. She represents and counsels a diverse mix of clients in numerous matters throughout the country.
