DeVine co-authored a guest article that ran in the fall 2012 edition of The Michigan Business Law Journal, produced by the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section. The article is entitled, “Contract Law and the Changing Business Needs of the Automotive Supply Chain: The Problem of Dual-Source Requirements Contracts.”
