The theme of the program was “Automotive M&A: Getting Ready for the Next Wave.” Butzel Long was a sponsor of the program.
Mr. Klimko, president of Butzel Long, co-presented a program with Andy Wilson, national managing partner, divestiture services, Deloitte LLP, entitled, “Money and Borders: Cross-Border Investments in a Changing Global Marketplace.” They delivered a balanced perspective on how foreign buyers are likely to play a major role in this new M&A environment.”
