Butzel attorney and shareholder Michael Golab named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Hall of Fame
TROY, Mich. – Butzel attorney and shareholder Michael F. Golab has been named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Hall of Fame Class of 2024. He is one of 30 attorneys who will be honored on April 26 and profiled in a future edition of Michigan Lawyers Weekly. The Hall of Fame program recognizes Michigan’s legal leaders who have been in practice for 30 years for their successful careers and valuable contributions to the community.
Golab is a former Chair of Butzel’s Business Law Department. His practice is focused on Corporate and Business Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has more than 30 years of experience representing mid and large size companies, primarily in the manufacturing and service industries. He counsels a variety of U.S. and foreign-owned automotive suppliers in corporate governance, national and international product sales and distribution through various channels and various other areas of operations. Golab has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving U.S. and foreign-based clients with global operations.
