Danny specializes in advising clients in a variety of industries on business succession planning, structuring commercial real estate transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and tackling corporate governance and other challenges inherent to complex business transactions.

Danny takes an innovative approach to structuring transactions—whether routine or complex—by first gaining a deep understanding of his clients and their businesses, their challenges, and importantly, their objectives. Danny’s transactional advice is informed by his extensive tax background with an eye towards maintaining business protections and tax efficiencies for entities and individuals.  Danny’s broad range of experience is particularly significant for privately held business clients.

Danny Soleimani is a Shareholder practicing in Butzel’s Troy office. He is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and Retirement Plan Committee. Danny received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law in 2011, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University and his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Buffalo.
