Overview
For more than two decades, clients in a multitude of sectors have depended on Jennifer’s in-depth guidance through the entire business evolution from formation to exit, including complex transactions and general business law matters. She is a trusted advisor to domestic and foreign business clients of all sizes across diverse industries including automotive, manufacturing, technology, consumer products, health care, and financial services.
Jennifer is a past Chair of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section. She has been actively involved in preparing amendments to Michigan’s Business Corporation Act and has contributed to amicus briefs on business law topics filed by the Business Law Section at the invitation of the Michigan Supreme Court, further helping to clarify business law in Michigan.
Jennifer Consiglio is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Michigan, and Tennessee, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Merger and Acquisitions Committee; State Bar of Michigan, Business Law Section; and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She has been recognized throughout her career by her peers and a variety of respected professional organizations for her work in M&A, corporate law, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked at a global private practice law firm where she focused on securities law (SEC reporting and compliance and public offerings), public company mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
