Jennifer Consiglio is a trusted advisor to clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private debt and equity financings, restructurings, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, securities regulation, and general business law. Overview

Jennifer Consiglio is a Shareholder practicing in the firm’s Business Law Department. She primarily counsels clients across diverse industries in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, private placements, secured and unsecured financing transactions, restructurings, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, securities regulation, and various general business law matters. 

She has substantial experience in planning, negotiating and implementing various types of complex business transactions, guiding clients through the entire business evolution, from formation through exit, and advising clients in corporate governance and securities law (federal and blue sky) compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a well-known, global private practice law firm with a focus on securities law reporting and compliance, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and private equity transactions.

She is an Honors and Order of the Coif graduate of The George Washington University Law School and earned her Bachelor of Science, Foreign Service degree cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Ms. Consiglio is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
