Overview
In her work as a paralegal over the past several years, Richelle has reviewed and drafted all documents necessary for filings in Probate Court, from Petitions and Testimony to Identify Heirs to Petition to Order for Transfer or Sale of Real Estate to Quitclaim Deeds, Purchase Agreements, and more.
Prior to joining Butzel, Richelle worked as a paralegal for a Michigan law firm specializing in Probate and Estate Planning. She has also worked as a mortgage underwriter and a loan originator in the mortgage industry during her career.
Richelle is Paralegal in the firm’s Estate and Planning Succession Department, located in the Troy office. She received her Bachelor of Applied Science from Michigan State University and is currently attending Madonna University to complete her Legal Assistant/Paralegal Degree.
When she’s not working, Richelle enjoys boating, gardening, baking, shopping, and painting. She also enjoys volunteering her time fostering for the Michigan Humane Society of Detroit.
