2023 OEM Terms and Conditions Update
MEMA Original Equipment (OE) Suppliers, along with Butzel, will host the 2023 OEM Terms and Conditions Update event on September 27, 2023 starting at 8:00 a.m. at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan and virtually via Zoom.
This meeting will provide attendees with updates on OEM light vehicle terms and conditions and insights to consider when working with contracts. The event includes two Q&A segments as well as a networking lunch to enable attendees to further expand their understanding of the topic and make connections.

Updated OEM terms and conditions are included in the 2023 edition of the “OEM Light Vehicle North American Production Purchase Order Contract Terms and Conditions Comparative Analysis” publication.
The publication compares the terms and conditions of BMW, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lucid, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Rivian, Scout Motors, Stellantis, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The new edition addresses updates for BMW, Honda, and Mercedes. In addition, for the first time, it includes the Mazda terms (Mazda Motors of America, Inc. Master Sales and Purchase Agreement, 08/11/20) and the Scout Motors terms (Scout Motors, Inc. Production Terms and Conditions of Purchase, January 27, 2023).
