Fuhs have co-authored a guest article on non-compete agreements that appears in the June 30, 2010 edition of The Voice, a publication of The Voice of the Defense Bar, a national organization of more than 22,500 defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel. The article responds to the growing number of critics seeking to limit or prevent the enforcement of non-compete agreements.
Phillip C. Korovesis
Based in Butzel Long's Detroit office, Mr. Korovesis is a Litigation Practice Group Leader and Chair of the firm's Non-Compete and Trade Secret Practice Group, which focuses on trade secret, non-compete and business tort litigation.
