Overview
Since joining Butzel in 2003, Kimberly Adams has spent her career in the Detroit office assisting in all phases of the firm’s Litigation department, with extensive experience in product liability defense and toxic tort litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Adams also brings years of eDiscovery experience to the table and routinely assists with the management of complex data collections, reviews, and productions, as well as matching the right technology to the case at hand and developing efficient and effective eDiscovery workflows.
She has assisted on numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations both in Michigan and across the United States.
Ms. Adams is a 2004 graduate from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a member of the firm’s Technology Committee.
