Overview
Kendra has two decades of legislative, political, and public relations experience. Prior to joining Butzel, she worked in the legislative arena serving in the Michigan Senate for 18 years as Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and Policy Advisor to several Senators and the majority caucus. Throughout this time, Kendra also assisted voluntarily on legislative and congressional campaigns and managed various nonprofit political entities.
Besides her work at Butzel as a Campaign Report Specialist, Kendra remains legislatively engaged as she oversees families who support home education freedoms while they actively participate in the legislative process. She homeschools her five children and is active in their local church and various community groups while operating a wellness business and commercially licensed kitchen making healthy pre-made meals for order.
Kendra is located in Butzel’s Lansing office. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
